How I’m training for a fast maths test
Sometimes I wonder why there isn’t more time spent on teaching students how to do quick mental arithmetic in schooling years. It seems like such a cool important skill, and it definitely introduces some cool problem-solving skills.
So how am I working on improving my skills for speedy arithmetic? Here are some of the ways I’m improving.
Using online websites that have fast maths quizzes.
.It also gives you hints on how to improve on questions you took a while to answer. It is also great because it progressively gets harder and ranks you against your country/city/state! Who doesn’t love some good competition?
